Why you should choose an inspired vocation.

At the end of each work day, are you proud of the impact you had on the people and the world around you?  In other words, do you love the work you do?  For 90% of people, the answer is "No".   If you only do your work because it makes the money that pays your bills, you're definitely in this 90%.  Life will not play out well if you don't make some changes.

In your mind, I want you to play out your current life routine until your death.  Think specifically about the impact you will have had on world and people around you for all those hours you spent working.  If you are in the uninspired 90%, you'll find you have spent a massive amount of your time doing work you didn't enjoy just to pay for the house and the car you used.

What a waste!  You will have wasted a bunch of your precious life just to pay for the comfort of your house and car.  Is that what you "wanted to do when you grew up"?  Did you always dream of aspiring to be the user of a house and car, and then die?  My guess is that was never the plan.  But I'm pretty sure I know why you have found yourself on this path.

If you are not crystal clear on your purpose in life, you'll end up spending your time doing what other people want you to do.  Since 90% of people don't understand what their purpose is, they spend their time helping the 10% who do know their purpose.  The key to having a happy meaningful life is to become part of the 10%.

You have had clues throughout your life, giving you hints about what your purpose is.  It's deeply ingrained in you.  I want to help you figure out your life's purpose and create a business to serve the world around you doing work you love.

My life's purpose is to help people create businesses doing work they love or earn passive income to allow them to do the things they love.  What's yours?  If you know it already, please share in the comments below.  If you don't know, let me know in the comments below.

Although I don't believe either of these tools are the best solution to finding your purpose, they are a good place to start and they are both worth the money they charge:  http://liveyourlegend.com and http://startwithwhy.com

This blog will evolve into a place where I will work with you to start a business doing work you love, or earning passive income to free your time to do the things you love.   I'll also explore better ways of clarifying your purpose and share them with you as I go.
