Hand success to your inactive team members with a co-op
Some people have more time than money, and others have more money than time. Chances are, you have people from both camps on your team. You'll see, hear and engage with your team members that have more time than money. Your team members with more money than time will often turn into the silent inactive members. I'm going to show you a great way to re-engage those silent inactive team members.
As you are well aware of by now, the most effective way to build your team by running ads into a funded proposal. Just because some of your team members don't have their own funded proposal doesn't mean they can't benefit from yours. Here's what to do:
1. Send out an email to your team asking if anyone would like to buy "shares" for your next co-op. You'll want to price the shares around $50, and establish a coop time frame of around 2 weeks. Give people a week to opt in. Eventualy you may want to start a new co-op every two weeks.
2. Each person on your team has their own link to their personal sign up page for your opportunity. Collect the link from each person who bought shares in your co-op.
3. Create an account at hypertracker.com and set up a link rotator.
4. Add a line in your link rotator for every $50 share that was purchased. For each line, use the co-op member's sign up page link.
5. Spend all the money you collected on ads. Send the ad traffic into your funded proposal.
6. You'll earn cash from the front end offers in your funded proposal. Pay each person in your co-op their percentage of the cash you received from affiliate offers during the two week period.
7. For each person who contacts you during the two week period asking to join your team, send them the hypertracker URL instead of your personal sign up URL. Hypertracker will fairly distribute the leads.
Sound like a lot of extra work on your part to help build your teammates team's? It should, because it is, but you'll be hansomely rewarded in two differnt ways. First, you'll continue to receive the residual monthly income from your front end offers. This is your reward for running the co-op. Second, depending on how your opportunity is set up, you'll probably earn residual income on your team member's sales. So you'll earn money regardless of which people in the co-op get the most new sign ups.
